About measures for transition to the international system, classification of types of economic activity
For the purpose of implementation of the conventional classification of types of economic activity in the world in interdepartmental interaction of state bodies, decides its uses in classification of small business entities, and also further enhancement of system of the statistical, tax and financial reporting Cabinet of Ministers:
1. Take into consideration that the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics performs transition to the Nation-wide qualifier of types of economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - OKED) developed based on statistical classification of types of economic activity of the European Union (KDES/NACE).
2. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan about compulsory use of OKED in interdepartmental interaction of state bodies, in forms of the statistical, tax and financial reporting.
3. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan to include OKED in the register of reference books and qualifiers of the Electronic Government system for its use in information systems and resources of the state bodies containing and processing information on legal entities.
4. Approve the Classification of the organizations relating to small business entities enhanced on the basis of OKED according to appendix No. 1.
5. To state bodies, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
in case of determination of organization types it is strict to be guided by Classification of the organizations relating to small business entities;
provide use of OKED in information systems and resources, and also in case of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
6. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics, to the Ministry of Labour together with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to approve Regulations on procedure for determination of annual average number of workers of subjects of entrepreneurship.
7. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
8. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
9. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
10. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
11. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
