About approval of the Regulations on single digital departmental telecommunication network Ministry of Internal Affairs
According to the subitem 44 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, considering nation-wide priorities in projects implementation of interaction of public authorities for consolidation of information resources, for the purpose of determination of procedure for functioning of single digital departmental telecommunication network Ministry of Internal Affairs and the regulations of interaction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National guard of Ukraine, the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in the organization of access to resources and services of single digital departmental telecommunication network Ministry of Internal Affairs I order:
1. Approve Regulations on single digital departmental telecommunication network Ministry of Internal Affairs which are applied.
2. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this order are performed within the assignments provided by the estimate for content of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. To department of state-owned property and resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Shaliyevskaya L. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 17, 2015 No. 169 "About approval of the Regulations on single digital departmental telecommunication network Ministry of Internal Affairs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 6, 2015 at No. 264/26709.
