About approval of the Procedure for consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine

1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine of August 19, 2008 No. 135 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses and the organization of carrying out personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine", No. 840/15531 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2008 (with changes).

3. To heads of structural divisions of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine, its territorial authorities, Head department of government courier communication of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine, divisions of government courier communication, territorial subdivisions, organizations and other organizations of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine to organize consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens according to the Procedure approved by this order.

4. To provide to the director of the department of the organization and control of office activities of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the director of the department of the organization and control of office activities of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
