About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 insurance (Belgosstrakh) "The report on means on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus enclosed:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 insurance (Belgosstrakh) "The report on means on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report for 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 insurance (Belgosstrakh) "The report on means on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" and to enact them starting with the report for 2016.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to insurers on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2014 No. 159 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 insurance (Belgosstrakh) "The report on means on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.09. 2014, 7/2922).

4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
