b) structural divisions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response - bodies, specially authorized to solve problems of civil defense and task according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations on subjects of the Russian Federation (further - territorial authorities) within which scope of maintaining questions of the organization and implementation of federal state supervision, and also territorial departments (departments, inspections) these structural divisions fall.

8. The bodies exercising federal state supervision interact with the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation authorized on implementation of regional state supervision and also with the bodies authorized on implementation of other types of the state control (supervision).

9. Officials, representatives to exercise federal state supervision (further - officials), are:

a) heads, deputy managers and other officials (employees) of the bodies exercising federal state supervision;

b) heads and deputy managers of territorial authorities.

10. Officials according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, within the powers perform:

a) organization and conducting checks of accomplishment by federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens of mandatory requirements;
