1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on cultivation of the plants included in the table I of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in the specified list which are applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.08.2016 No. 546

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring within three months own regulatory legal acts into compliance with this resolution.

1. These Licensed conditions establish the exhaustive list of the requirements obligatory for accomplishment when implementing economic activity on cultivation of the plants included in tables I of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2000 No. 770 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 19, of the Art. 789) (further - the list), developments, productions, production, storages, transportations, acquisitions, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in the specified list (further - activities for drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors), and also the exhaustive list of documents, the enclosed to the application for receipt of the license for implementation of economic activity on drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors (further - the license).

2. Action of these Licensed conditions extends to all subjects of managing registered in the procedure established by the legislation as legal entities, irrespective of their form of business, pattern of ownership and subordination and physical persons entrepreneurs who have the license for implementation of medical or veterinary practice performing activities for drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.

If the licensee performs type of the economic activity which is subject to licensing, not in full, and partially these Licensed conditions extend to the licensee only in the part establishing requirements to implementation of this part of type of economic activity.

Action of these Licensed conditions extends to person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care which conducts procurement of medicines according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the medicines included in such list. In case of lack of the license at person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care ensuring compliance with the legislation on drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors concerning the medicines which are purchased by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care and requirements of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" is performed by attraction by person authorized on implementation of purchases in the field of health care, subjects of managing which have the license, with observance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases".

3. The licensee shall fulfill requirements of these Licensed conditions, and the license applicant - it to correspond.

4. In these Licensed conditions terms are used in the values given in the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors", "About security activities", "About seeds and landing material".
