Based on Item j) article 88 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and in pursuance of the Law "About the State Secret"

The president of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

Art. 1. - Approve, on government proposal, the List of the officials given authority on reference of data (is attached) to the state secret.

Art. 2. - To the government till April 15, 1996 to develop and approve the Procedure for reference of the data which are the state secret to various degrees of privacy.

Art. 3. - This decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
