4. To committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to approve charters of organizations and to provide their state registration in judicial authorities;
2) to take other measures following from this resolution.
5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
