About prolongation of action of separate special economic measures for the purpose of safety of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of protection of national interests of the Russian Federation and according to the Federal Laws of December 30, 2006 "About special economic measures" and of December 28, 2010 No. 390-FZ "About safety" I decide No. 281-FZ:
1. Extend from August 6, 2016 to December 31, 2017 action of the separate special economic measures provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560 "About application of separate special economic measures for the purpose of safety of the Russian Federation" and extended by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2015 No. 320.
2. To the government of the Russian Federation:
a) provide implementation of the measures necessary for implementation of this Decree according to the competence;
b) if necessary to make offers on change of the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree of effective period of separate special economic measures.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
