About management of the trademarks for alcoholic products which are state-owned property

For the purpose of increase in effective management of the trademarks for alcoholic products which are state-owned property and according to the Law No. 38-XVI of February 29, 2008 on protection of trademarks (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 99-101., the Art. 362), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Article 338 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the List of the trademarks for alcoholic products which are state-owned property according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of the trademarks for alcoholic products which are state-owned property for which registration, according to appendix No. 2 will not be prolonged.

2. Determine that management of the trademarks for alcoholic products which are state-owned property is performed by the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment according to Regulations on procedure for use of the trademarks which are state-owned property, the approved Order of the Government No. 852 of August 16, 2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 100-101, 886), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment, as the owner of the trademarks which are state-owned property to provide in accordance with the established procedure management of the trademarks included in appendix No. 2, before the expiration of their registration.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1080 of October 8, 2001 "About approval of the List of the trademarks which are state-owned property" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 124-125, 1128).
