2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2014 No. 08-1-1-1/87 "About approval of regulations of the state services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 9364, No. 212 (27833), of November 5, 2014 is published No. 216 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of October 30, 2014 (27837)).
