the legislation in the field of communication;

implementation of other powers following from the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Public administration in the field of communication is exercised of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the body (The ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan) authorized by it.

In the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan office communication in systems of operational management and conference circuit, and also addressing of all types of mail and cable correspondence are performed according to provisions of the Law "About State Language of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
