1. Approve Rules of subsidizing of rates of remuneration according to credit and leasing obligations within the direction on financial improvement of subjects of agpromyshlenny complex according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Declare invalid orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to department of investment policy and financial instruments of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also within five working days in the Republican state company "Republican Center of Legal Information" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of subsidizing of rates of remuneration according to credit and leasing obligations within the direction on financial improvement of subjects of agro-industrial complex (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 41) of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2005 "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories", and also according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law), determine procedure for subsidizing of rates of remuneration by credit and leasing obligations within the direction on financial improvement of subjects of agro-industrial complex (further - the AIC) approved by the commission on financial improvement in 2013-2015 and rendering the state service "Subsidizings of Rates of Remuneration according to Credit and Leasing Obligations within the Direction on Financial Improvement of Subjects of Agro-industrial Complex".

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
