2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

5. Contents of each procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration:

1) registration of the request, issue of the receipt on adoption of documents in form, according to appendix 2 to the Standard - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) imposing of the resolution of the head and determination of responsible structural division - 2 (two) hours;

4) imposing of the resolution of the head of the structural unit and determination of the executive in charge - 2 (two) hours;

5) consideration of the request and introduction of result of rendering the state service by the executive in charge on approval to the head of the structural unit - 9 (nine) working days from the moment of receipt of the request to the executive in charge;

8) the direction of result of rendering the state service in office of the service provider - 1 (one) hour;

6. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service which forms the basis for accomplishment of the following procedure (action):

1) acceptance and registration of the request in office of the service provider and transfer to their head of the service provider;

2) the resolution of the head of the service provider for consideration to the head of the structural unit;

3) the resolution of the head of the structural unit for consideration to the executive in charge;
