For the purpose of accomplishment of the Law on the market of N 461-XV oil products of July 30, 2001. "About some measures for accomplishment of the Law on the market of oil products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, N 120, the Art. 1074) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova

1. Approve Regulations on the automated system of accounting of oil products it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications (The railroad of Moldova), international carriages Agency, Customs department and Department of standardization and metrology daily to provide to the State Tax Administration information on import, re-export, transit, transportation and quality of the imported oil products.

3. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Department of standardization and metrology, National regulation agency in power monthly to represent to the State Tax Administration the participant list of the market of the oil products performing import, re-export, transportation, storage and realization of oil products.

4. To the railroad of Moldova and international carriages Agency to represent daily to the State Tax Administration and monthly Department of statistics and sociology data on amounts of the imported oil products and economic agents for whom transportation or transit of these oil products are performed.

5. To customs department monthly to represent to the Ministry of Economics, the Department of Energy, Department of statistics and sociology, National regulation agency in power data on the amounts imported, re-exported, the transit and realized oil products, and also about the prices of them.

6. To the State Tax Service together with Department of information technologies and National regulation agency in power in two-month time to develop and submit to the Government for approval the schedule and expense budget on creation, implementation and maintaining the automated system of accounting of oil products.
