I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance on implementation of the state supervision in the field of quality assurance and safety of foodstuff, materials and products, including behind observance of quality requirements and safety of grain, grain, compound feeds and components for their production, by-products of conversion of grain when implementing their government procurement, importing (export) to the territory of the Customs union, and also by supply (bookmark) of grain and grain to the state reserve, their storage as a part of the state reserve and transportation (further - Administrative regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) for ensuring execution of the state function by execution of the state function, and also establish order of interaction between Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, its territorial authorities, their officials with legal entities, their heads and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, their authorized representatives (further - legal entities, individual entrepreneurs) in case of execution of the state function.
