About approval of some forms concerning change of repayment period of the tax liability by delay or payment by installments

Based on part (6) article 180 of the Tax Code and for the purpose of providing tax администрирования­ (in edition of the Law No. 138 of 17.06.2016 published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 184-192 of 1.07.2016), I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the Standard agreement about change of repayment period of the tax liability by delay or payment by installments of payments (appendix No. 1);

2) the Agreement of pledge on providing the tax liability which repayment period was changed by delay or payment by installments (appendix No. 2).

2. Provide to the State Tax Service publishing of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
