Question of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of education

According to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 30, 2010 No. 929 "About the State award of Ukraine in the field of education" (with the changes made by Decrees of March 13, 2013 No. 129 and of April 2, 2013 No. 178) the following changes:

1) to appoint Grinevich Lilia Mikhaelovna to change of Article 2 - the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine - the chairman of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of education;

2) on partial change of Article 3 to approve new staff of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of education it (is applied);

To exclude 3) in Article 5 of the word "and to appoint the head of the secretariat".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
