Recognize invalid orders of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates for natural gas for industrial enterprises, commercial structures and state-financed organizations" of October 3, 2014 as No. 25 and "About rate for the natural gas released by OSOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" for JSC Elektricheskiye stantsii (combined heat and power plant Bishkek) of October 3, 2014 No. 26.
