About approval of the Concept of development of the jewelry industry of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2018

For the purpose of taking measures, the favorable conditions directed to forming for development and increase in competitiveness of the companies of jewelry industry, requirements satisfaction of the domestic market, increase in export of jewelry products and creation of workplaces, "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides program implementations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Trust and unity" approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 13, 2016 No. 438-VI according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve:

- The concept of development of the jewelry industry of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2018 (further - the Concept) according to appendix 1;

- The actions plan on implementation of the Concept of development of the jewelry industry of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2018 (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix 2.

2. To the ministries and administrative departments responsible for implementation of the Actions plan to provide its execution and quarterly, no later than the 15th following the accounting period, to provide the relevant information in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

- following the results of every quarter, no later than the 25th following the accounting period to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
