1. Approve the enclosed List of financial products on which approval the financial organization notifies authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 2014 No. 202 "About approval of the list (types) of the financial products requiring the consent of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the offer the financial organizations to consumers of financial services" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9898, published on December 11, 2014 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 187 (2755)).

3. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. L.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this resolution in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days from the date of its obtaining by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of this resolution on official publication in periodic printing editions within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Pirmatov G. O.

5. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of financial products on which approval the financial organization notifies authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations

The financial organization, including branch of nonresident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branch of the insurance (reinsurance) nonresident organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan, notifies authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations on approval of the following offered financial products:

1) the loans to physical persons provided with pledge of real estate, not connected with implementation of business activity, the microcredits provided with pledge of real estate;

2) the loans to physical persons which are not provided with pledge, not connected with implementation of business activity, the microcredits which are not provided with pledge;

3) loans to physical persons on acquisition of road transport provided with pledge of road transport, the microcredits provided with pledge of personal estate;

4) term deposits of physical persons;

5) voluntary insurance from accidents;

6) voluntary insurance on disease case;

7) voluntary insurance of road transport in case of provision of services on which the insurer and (or) insured acts physical person;

8) voluntary insurance of property from damage in case of provision of services on which the insurer and (or) insured acts physical person;

9) voluntary insurance of loans in case of provision of services on which the insurer and (or) insured acts physical person;

10) voluntary mortgage insurance in case of provision of services on which the insurer and (or) insured acts physical person;

11) voluntary insurance from other financial losses in case of provision of services on which the insurer and (or) insured acts physical person;

12) the broker services rendered based on the agreement assuming making by the broker according to orders of the client of transactions of purchase and sale of securities, calculation for which is made by the broker with use of the money or securities provided by the broker to the client on the terms of recoverability and the paid nature (marginal transactions).
