1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of operators of technical inspection.

2. To committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Asavbayev A. A.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic view on official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of maintaining register of operators of technical inspection

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of maintaining the register of operators of technical inspection (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 1 of article 89 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2014 "About traffic" and determine procedure for maintaining the register of operators of technical inspection.

2. The register of operators of technical inspection (further - the register) is created for the purpose of maintaining the single list of the operators of technical inspection performing carrying out obligatory technical inspection of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them.

3. The register represents the single, periodically specified list of operators of technical inspection and containing all necessary information of directory nature about them.

4. Maintaining the register is performed by Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - authorized body) in form, according to appendix to these rules based on the provided data of territorial authorities of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - bodies of transport control).

Chapter 2. Procedure for maintaining register of operators of technical inspection

5. Inclusion in the register provides giving by the individual entrepreneur and legal entity in bodies of transport control of the notification on the beginning of activities of the operator of technical inspection according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 46 Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications" (further - the Law on permissions).

6. The register contains the following data:

1) name of the operator of technical inspection;

2) address (index, area, area, city (settlement, village), street, house), contact telephone numbers, e-mail address of the operator of technical inspection;

3) location of the stationary line of technical inspection;

4) operational mode of the stationary line of technical inspection;

5) type, number of stationary and mobile lines of technical inspection;

6) region of activities of the operator of technical inspection;

7) the changes and amendments entered in the register;

8) exceptions of the register.

7. Bodies of transport control within one working day from the date of acceptance of the notification on the beginning of activities of the operator of technical inspection represent to authorized body of the data, specified in subitems 1) - 6) Item 6 of these rules.

8. The authorized body performs placement of the register on the Internet resource: www.mid.gov.kz.

9. In case of the change of legal address of the individual entrepreneur, the location of the legal entity, the address of implementation of activities or actions specified in the notification on the beginning of activities of the operator of technical inspection, and also registration data, information on which is obligatory for filling in the notification on the beginning of activities of the operator of technical inspection, the operator of technical inspection within ten working days from the date of change directs the notification on the specified changes according to the procedure, provided by the Law on permissions.
