Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-us (Chernobyl) "The report on population, the radioactive pollution living in zones" annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2016.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-us (Chernobyl) "The report on population, the radioactive pollution living in zones" and enact them starting with the report for 2016.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution to rural, settlement, district and city executive committees under administrative supervision of which the rural settlements relating to zones of radioactive pollution are.

4. Recognize invalid:
