1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (goods) "The report on export and import of separate goods" of monthly frequency and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2017.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (goods) "The report on export and import of separate goods" and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2017.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities who performed oil export, gas condensate, electrical energy, potash and nitrogen fertilizers and (or) oil import, gas condensate and electrical energy under contracts (contracts) with nonresidents.
