Provision of public institution "Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The public institution "Committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) performs management in the field of physical culture and sport.

1) to adopt within the competence legal acts according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to request and receive in the procedure established by the legislation from state bodies, the organizations, their officials necessary information and materials;

3) to perform other rights provided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

15. Functions:

1) development of legal acts, and also agreements, memorandums and agreements in the field of physical culture and sport;

3) ensuring implementation of explanatory work on the questions which are within the competence of Committee;
