1. This Federal Law determines features of legal regulation of the relations in the field of hunting and preserving hunting resources in connection with acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Republic of Crimea.
2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of hunting and preserving hunting resources in the territory of the Republic of Crimea is performed by the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", this Federal Law, other Federal Laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and also the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Crimea adopted according to them.
1. Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who perform types of activity in the sphere of hunting economy in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and to whom hunting grounds are provided in temporary long-term use about day of entry into force of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 to No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" based on documents on provision in temporary long-term use of the hunting grounds operating on the date of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Republic of Crimea having the right to conclude till January 1, 2017 okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements concerning the hunting grounds specified in documents on provision in temporary long-term use of hunting grounds without holding the auction on the right of the conclusion of okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements.

Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who perform types of activity in the sphere of hunting economy in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and to whom hunting grounds are provided in temporary long-term use during the period since March 18, 2014 before the end of transition period, the stipulated in Article 6 Federal constitutional Laws of March 21, 2014 to No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol", based on resolutions of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea having the right to conclude till January 1, 2017 okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements concerning the hunting grounds specified in resolutions of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea without holding the auction on the right of the conclusion of okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements.
3. Executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea shall sign okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements with persons specified in parts 1 and 2 of this Article within one month from the date of the appeal of specified persons to executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea, but no later than January 1, 2017.
4. Okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements are signed with persons specified in parts 1 and 2 of this Article on the rest of term of the temporary long-term use by hunting grounds specified in documents on provision in temporary long-term use of hunting grounds or resolutions of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.
5. For the purpose of realization of provisions of article 39 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" the Head of the Republic of Crimea till December 1, 2016 approves No. 209-FZ the scheme of placement, use and protection of hunting grounds in the territory of the Republic of Crimea on which borders and the area of the hunting grounds provided in temporary long-term use to persons specified in parts 1 and 2 of this Article are specified. At the same time the area of the specified hunting grounds cannot exceed the area of hunting grounds established by the documents on provision in temporary long-term use of hunting grounds existing on the date of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Republic of Crimea, the resolutions of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea accepted during the period since March 18, 2014 before the end of transition period.
6. The borders of hunting grounds specified in the okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements signed according to this Federal Law shall correspond to the borders of hunting grounds designated in the scheme of placement, use and protection of hunting grounds in the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
