About formation of public institution "State center of the Olympic preparation for rhythmic gymnastics" and introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 152 and of July 29, 2015 No. 596

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Permit the Ministry of youth and sport to create public institution "State center of the Olympic preparation for rhythmic gymnastics" in the sphere of its management, having placed it on Pereulok Laboratorny, 7a, in Kiev.

2. To the ministry of youth and sport to take in accordance with the established procedure the measures necessary for ensuring activities of public institution "State center of the Olympic preparation for rhythmic gymnastics".

3. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 152 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of physical culture, elite sport and reserve sport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 17, the Art. 614, No. 45, the Art. 1752, No. 83, Art. 3353; 2013, No. 17, Art. 584, No. 90, Art. 3310; 2015, No. 65, the Art. 2156) and of July 29, 2015 No. 596 "About approval of lists of institutions of physical culture and sport of All-Ukrainian level which are financed from the government budget, bases of the Olympic, Paralympic and deflimpiysky preparation and All-Ukrainian public organizations of the sports direction which get financial support from the government budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 67, the Art. 2209) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 152 and of July 29, 2015 No. 596

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for development of physical culture, elite sport and reserve sport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 152:

1) in Item 3:

to add subitem 4-1 after the words "State Center of the Olympic Preparation for Biathlon" with words "and" the state center of the Olympic preparation for rhythmic gymnastics";

to add subitem 5 paragraph two after words of "the Olympic and not Olympic sports national teams" with words ", including with involvement of the national teams of teams in the Olympic sports of athletes of reserve sport,";

The paragraph the fifth Item 4-1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The business trip of the national team of team for participation in uchebnotrenirovochny collection abroad is performed according to the individual plans of training of athletes approved in accordance with the established procedure.";

3) in the text of the Procedure for the word "public institution" in all cases shall be replaced with words "public institutions" in the corresponding case.

2. Appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 2015 No. 596 after line item

add with such line item:
