2) the order of the Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 21, 2011 No. 319 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 7, 2010 No. 220 "About approval of Rules of registration, use and distribution of domain space of the Kazakhstan network segment the Internet" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7299, No. 412 published on December 21, 2011 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (26803).

3. To committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazangap T. B.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic form on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within ten calendar days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of registration, use and distribution of domain names in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet

1. General provisions

1. These rules of registration, use and distribution of domain names in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 56) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2015 "About informatization" (further - the Law) and determine registration procedure, uses and distributions of domain names in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts and reducings are used:

1) authorized body in the field of informatization (further - authorized body) - the central executive body performing management and cross-industry coordination in the field of informatization and "the electronic government";

2) domain name of the first level in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet - domain имя.KZ and. KAZ selected with the international organization Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (further - ICANN) for use for the benefit of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is in hierarchy of domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet is one step lower than root domain name and being direct direct subdomain of root domain name (RFC-882);

Contains information on compliance of domain names and Internetwork Protocol (IP) of addresses and works according to RFC-1032, RFC-1034, RFC-1035, RFC-1122, RFC-1133, RFC-1591;

6) space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet - set of the Internet resources placed on the hardware and software located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) domain name of the second level in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet (further - domain name of the second level) - the domain name which is in hierarchy of domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet is one step lower than top-level domain in space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet and being direct (direct) subdomain of domain name of the first level (RFC-882);

8) the administrator of domain names in domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet (further - the administrator) - the non-profit public organization determined by authorized body, performing development of domain space of the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet;
