Determine that the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to foreign currencies which is becoming effective since July 1, 2016 and operating before entry into force of the following official rate of Belarusian ruble to these foreign currencies is determined to within four signs after comma as follows:

2.1. in relation to the foreign currencies given in appendix 3 to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2001 No. 208 "About procedure for establishment of the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to foreign currencies" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 85, 8/6929), by reduction of the official rates of Belarusian ruble taken for unit of foreign currency to the corresponding foreign currencies established for June 30, 2016 by 10 000 times;

2.2. in relation to the foreign currencies given in appendix 4 to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2001 No. 208, proceeding from the official rate of the Belarusian ruble to US dollar established for June 30, 2016 and reduced by 10 000 times and US dollar cross-rates to the specified foreign currencies determined according to the procedure, No. 208 provided by part four of Item 2 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2001.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitems 1.2 and 1.3 of Item 1, which become effective since July 1, 2016.
