About regulations of consumption of natural gas the population in the absence of gas meters

For the purpose of stable providing consumers with natural gas the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve regulations of consumption of natural gas by the population in the absence of gas meters according to appendix.

2. Determine that application of regulations of consumption of natural gas the population in the absence of the gas meters approved by Item 1 of this resolution is performed since February 1, 2016.

In absence period of centralized hot water supply of the population the regulation of consumption of natural gas on the gas stove is established by 5,4 of cubic meter per capita in month. Term lack of hot water supply (more than 6 hours a day in case of the round-the-clock water supply or more than 30 percent of general time of water supply on the daily schedule) in which does not join having rummaged in its deliveries at night (from 24 to 6 o'clock), it is fixed in the bilateral act which is signed by the heatsupplying organization and the operator of gas-distribution system and is the basis for recalculation to the population of payment for hot water supply and gas. For the specified period the population does not perform payment for use of centralized hot water supply. The operator of gas-distribution system upon termination of half-year directs to the subscriber recalculation for the consumed gas to absence period of centralized hot water supply.
