This Provision determines procedure and payment terms of work of the employees of Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - Department) who are not government employees including managements of Department by areas, by Minsk and the Minsk region which positions are included in the list of positions of the employees of Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus who are not government employees, including managements of this Department on areas, by Minsk and the Minsk region, approved by the resolution approving this Provision and also 3 this provision are listed in Item (further - employees of Department).
Action of this provision does not extend to the workers and employees of Department who are not government employees, are not specified in part one of this Item which procedure and payment terms of work are determined according to the legislation for employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations.
2. Tariff salaries of employees of Department are determined by multiplication of the tariff charge of the 1st category established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus by the tariff coefficients of the Single scale of charges of workers of the Republic of Belarus corresponding to the job grades specified in the list of positions of the employees of Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus who are not government employees including managements of this Department on areas across Minsk and the Minsk region taking into account the adjusting factors established by the legislation to the tariff charges (salaries) of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations.
3. Job grades are established:
3.1. to deputy managers of structural divisions - is one category lower than heads of these divisions;
3.2. to specialists in derivative position "main" from among specialists - is one category higher, than on position of the leading expert;
3.3. to specialists in derivative position "leader" - is one category higher, than on position of the specialist having the first qualification category;
3.4. to specialists in derivative position "senior" - is one category higher, than on the specialist's position;
3.5. to specialists on whose positions qualification categorization is established:
to the specialists having the first qualification category - is two categories higher, than on the specialist's position;
to the specialists having the second qualification category - is one category higher, than on the specialist's position.
4. In case of temporary tenure of office (except for the regular deputy) compensation of the replacement worker is made proceeding from tariff salary on position of the replaced worker.
5. To employees of Department:
5.1. the tariff salary raises:
for length of service in industry up to 5 years - for 10 percent, from 5 to 10 years - for 15 percent, from 10 to 15 years - for 20 percent and over 15 years - for 30 percent;
for the specifics and nature of work connected with activities of Department - on average for 330 percent;
5.2. the allowance for complexity and intensity of work with the direction on these purposes of means in the amount of no more than 10 percent of the amount of their salaries is established. The allowance size to the specific worker cannot exceed 50 percent of its salary;
