1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of operating plants.

2. To department of technology and innovative development of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan () provide A.B. Batyrkozha:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within ten calendar days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of operating plants

1. General provisions

1. These rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of operating plants (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 18) of Item 2 of article 100 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015 and determine procedure for provision of innovative grants on technology development of operating plants.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) the grantee – person who received grant according to these rules;

2) the commission on grant financing (further – the commission) – collegiate organ in structure which the odd number of members of the commission from representatives of authorized state body and other state and public organizations and the corresponding industries (under approval) and the staff of national institute in the field of technology development enter (further – national institute), created within national institute for decision making on projects of applicants taking into account examination of requests and conditions of provision of the innovative grants established by these rules;

3) modern technology – the technology recognized in the market and on which there is the increased demand;

4) authorized body in the field of the state support of industrial and innovative activities (further – authorized body) - the central executive body performing management in the field of the industry and industrial and innovative development, and also performing in limits, stipulated by the legislation cross-industry coordination and participation in realization of the state support of industrial and innovative activities;

5) innovative grant – the budgetary funds provided to subjects of industrial and innovative activities on a grant basis for implementation of their industrial and innovative projects within the priority directions of provision of innovative grants;
