3) during five workers from the date of later receipt of the conclusion about state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in the Reference control form of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its placement on official Internet resource of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Regulations of work of council on ethics of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in areas, the cities of republican value, the capital (further - Regulations) are accepted according to item 4 of the Regulations on councils on ethics of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in areas, the cities of the republican value, the capital approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 156 (further - the Provision).

The regulations determine procedure for forming and statement of members and work plans of council on ethics of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in areas, the cities of republican value, the capital (further - Council for ethics), preparation and holding meetings of Council for ethics, and also voting procedure and solutions of other organizational matters.

Chapter 2. Procedure for forming and statement of staff of Council for ethics

3. The chairman of the board on ethics is on position the head of territorial authority of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry).

4. The staff of Council for ethics is created by the chairman of the board on ethics (further – the Chairman) and submitted for approval to the responsible secretary of the Ministry.

5. The chairman performs candidate screen in members of council on ethics and from written consent of the candidate requests the relevant information from authorized body on legal statistics and special accounting, for check of the candidate for compliance to requirements, stipulated in Item 12 Provisions, and also the office characteristic.

6. The alternate member of Council for ethics represents to the structural division determined by the responsible secretary of the Ministry the secretariat of Council for ethics (further - the Secretariat), the following documents:

1) copy of the identity certificate;

2) the record of service of the government employee or the copy of the document confirming the labor activity certified notarially or personnel service on place of employment;

3) two photos of 3 x 4 cm in size.

7. The structural division to which functions of the Secretariat are assigned creates materials of candidates and brings for consideration and approval to the responsible secretary of the Ministry.

Chapter 3. Procedure for forming and approval of the work plan of Council for ethics

8. The work plan of Council for ethics is created for the corresponding year based on the offers provided by members of council on ethics.
