1. Approve the enclosed standards of disclosure of information in the field of the address with solid utility waste.

2. Recognize to invalid:

I. General provisions

1. This document establishes structure, procedure, terms and frequency of provision of information which is subject to disclosure by operators according to the address with solid utility waste and regional operators according to the address with solid utility waste (further - the regulated organizations), and also the federal executive body authorized in the field of state regulation of rates in the field of the address with the solid utility waste, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation authorized in the field of state regulation of rates and local government bodies to which according to the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation powers according to rates in the field of the address with solid utility waste are delegated (further - local government bodies).

c) publications in printing editions - in the case provided by the paragraph the second Item 27 of this document;

d) provisions of information on a grant basis based on written requests of consumers of goods and services of the regulated organizations (further - consumers), and also the requests which arrived in electronic form, according to the procedure, established by this document.

3(1). The federal executive body authorized in the field of state regulation of rates in the field of the address with solid utility waste, information placed in information and analytical system reveals by publication on its official site on the Internet (further - Internet network) by means of information transfer from information and analytical system with use of single formats.

The federal executive body authorized in the field of state regulation of rates in the field of the address with solid utility waste provides access for consumers to information on the activities of the regulated organizations which are subject to disclosure according to this document, placed in information and analytical system.

4. The executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized in the field of state regulation of rates, information reveals by publication on its official site in Internet network by means of information transfer from information and analytical system with use of single formats, and also in case, the specified in paragraph one of Item 27 of this document, - by placement in information and analytical system and publications on its official site in Internet network by means of information transfer from information and analytical system with use of single formats.
