According to Article 213 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Extend the term of temporary import of the road-building machinery and equipment, imported by "Kombayned Group Tekar ChV" Limited liability company for project implementation "Construction of the highway Kulob-Kalaykhumb", according to appendix till December 31, 2017.

2. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take execution of the customs legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan by "Kombayned Group Tekar ChV" Limited liability company under control.
