In pursuance of resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2016 No. PP-2515 "About formation of specialized foreign trade company on export of the fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products Uzagroeksport and of April 12, 2016 No. PP-2520 "About measures for enhancement of purchasing system and use of fruit and vegetable products, potatoes and melon cultures", and also for the purpose of streamlining of export of fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes, ensuring effective control behind receipt of revenue in foreign currency the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 14.12.2017 No. 984

2. Resolve business entities export implementation:

fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 07-08) with use of all vehicles;

fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 07-08, 1202) also by acceptance of payment by the international payment cards of nonresidents;

till July 1, 2016 fresh fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes on the amount of accounts payable and open letters of credit as of May 1, 2016 under earlier signed export contracts.

3. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of execution of phytosanitary certificates for export of fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes it is strict to state inspectorate for quarantine of plants to provide specifying of types (grades) in them and the region of cultivation (the area, the area) of fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes.

4. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
