About the annual main extended paid leaves

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 07.04.2017 No. 419)

According to article 334 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Item 3 of part 5 of Article 47, part 7 of Article 51 and part 4 of article 52 of the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish duration of the annual main extended paid leaves to the workers replacing positions of pedagogical workers, and also heads of the educational organizations, deputy managers of the educational organizations, heads of structural divisions of these organizations and their deputies according to appendix.

2. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2002 No. 724 "About duration of the annual main extended paid leave granted to pedagogical workers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 40, the Art. 3935);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2003 No. 726 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2002 No. 724" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 49, the Art. 4779);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2007 No. 283 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2002 No. 724" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 21, the Art. 2507);

Item of 11 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of educational institutions in which study children with limited opportunities of health (are raised), approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2008 No. 617 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation of educational institutions in which study children with limited opportunities of health (are raised)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 34, the Art. 3926);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 576 "About modification of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2002 No. 724" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, the Art. 3818);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 21, 2012 No. 502 "About modification of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2002 No. 724" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 22, the Art. 2874);

Item of 6 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 23, 2014 No. 581 "About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 3577).

Pedagogical workers whose positions are specified in subsection 2 of the Section I of the nomenclature of positions of pedagogical employees of the organizations performing educational activities, positions of heads of the educational organizations, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 8, 2013 N 678 "About approval of the nomenclature of positions of pedagogical employees of the organizations performing educational activities, positions of heads of the educational organizations" (further - the nomenclature of positions), except for positions of the pedagogical workers specified in items 4 and 5 these Sections	42
2. Heads whose positions are specified in subsection 1 of the Section II of the nomenclature of positions, except for positions of the heads specified in Item 5 of this Section	42
3. Heads whose positions are specified in subsection 2 of the Section II of the nomenclature of positions provided that their activities are connected with management of educational, scientific and (or) creative, scientific and methodical, methodical activities, except for positions of the heads specified in Item 6 of this Section	42
4. Pedagogical workers whose positions are specified in subsection 2 of the Section I of the nomenclature of positions, working with students with the limited opportunities of health and (or) persons needing long-term treatment	56
5. Heads whose positions are specified in subsection 1 of the Section II of the nomenclature of positions, working in the educational organizations for students with limited opportunities of health and (or) needing long-term treatment	56
6. Heads whose positions are specified in subsection 2 of the Section II of the nomenclature of positions, working in the educational organizations for students with limited opportunities of health and (or) needing long-term treatment provided that their activities are connected with management of educational, scientific and (or) creative, scientific and methodical, methodical activities	56
II. Organizations of additional education
1. Pedagogical workers whose positions are specified in subsection 2 of the Section I of the nomenclature of positions, except for positions of the pedagogical workers specified in items 4 and 7 these Sections	42
2. Heads whose positions are specified in subsection 1 of the Section II of the nomenclature of positions, except for positions of the heads specified in Item 5 of this Section	42
