About measures for implementation of the mechanism of application of cash registers with data transmission function online

For the purpose of ensuring transparency of accounting of payments, stimulation of fair business, according to article 109 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Order of registration, sealings and applications of cash registers according to appendix 1;

- The list of the organizations and physical persons which owing to specifics of the activities or features of the location can perfrom cash calculations with the population without application of cash registers, according to appendix 2;

- the schedule on implementation and application by subjects of cash registers with data transmission function online according to appendix 3;

- The paragraph the fifth ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17.12.2019 No. 691

2. To the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform implementation of the mechanism of application by subjects of cash registers with data transmission function online in the terms established in the schedule specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service of regulation and supervision of the financial market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop the mechanism of carrying out the stimulating lottery for the purpose of effective implementation of cash registers with data transmission function online and stimulations of citizens to the requirement of cash register receipts.

4. Determine that subjects are guided by the Procedure for application, registration and sealing of cash registers approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 30, 2008 No. 736, and Technical requirements to models of the cash registers permitted to use in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 6, 2010 No. 116, before the expiration of the terms established by the schedule approved by Item 1 of this resolution.

5. Recognize invalid:

- since January 1, 2017:

the paragraph of the eighth of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736;

- since July 2, 2017:

Item 1 of the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Technical requirements to models of the cash registers resolved to use in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 6, 2010 No. 116;

the paragraph the ninth Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736.

6. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication, except for the paragraph of third Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
