1. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - on the certificates of availability (absence) of criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution or of the termination of criminal prosecution, archive documents (the archival references, statements or copies of documents) issued by law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and certificates of rehabilitation.

2. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation - on official archive documents about military service (work) in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Armed Forces of USSR and the Joint Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Independent States issued in the Russian Federation.

3. The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation - on the documents issued by bodies of prosecutor's office, the documents sent to foreign states within international treaties of the Russian Federation and on the basis of the principle of reciprocity.

4. Federal Archival Agency - on the archival references, archival statements and archive copies prepared by federal bodies of the government (except those to whom such right is granted by regulatory legal acts) and the federal Public Records Offices.

5. Authorized bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of archiving - on the archival references, archival statements and archive copies prepared by the Public, municipal Records Offices and other bodies and the organizations located in the territory of this subject of the Russian Federation (except those to whom such right is granted by regulatory legal acts).

6.
