Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for increase in defense capability and safety of the state which is attached.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of actions for increase in defense capability and safety of the state

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Expenses for the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on Implementation of Actions on Increase in Defense Capability and Safety of the State" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is the Ministry of Defence.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated on:

accomplishment of research and development works;

purchase and upgrade of arms and military equipment;

fighting capacity recovery, content, operation and repair of arms and military equipment;

providing Armed Forces with communication;

construction (reconstruction) and capital repairs of objects of real military estate;

creation new and building-up of the existing production capacities for assembly and repair of ammunition, repair and upgrade of such capacities;

purchase, repair of special components, materials and equipment for assembly and repair of ammunition.
