About some questions of public administration and control in the sphere of anti-monopoly and tariff regulation

For the purpose of enhancement of public administration and control in the sphere of anti-monopoly and tariff regulation, optimization of structure of federal executive bodies I decide:

1. Abolish Federal Tariff Service.

2. Transfer functions of the abolished Federal Tariff Service to Federal Antimonopoly Service.

3. Determine that Federal Antimonopoly Service is legal successor of the abolished Federal Tariff Service, including according to the obligations which resulted from execution of judgments.

4. Ceased to be valid according to Item 13 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 15.05.2018 No. 215

5. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) provide in the terms established by the legislation of the Russian Federation holding liquidating procedures in connection with abolition of Federal Tariff Service;

b) provide continuity of implementation of the functions of the abolished Federal Tariff Service transferred to Federal Antimonopoly Service according to this Decree;

c) provide preserving personnel capacity of the abolished Federal Tariff Service for the purpose of realization of the functions transferred to Federal Antimonopoly Service according to this Decree;

d) provide the solution of the organizational, financial, material and other matters connected with implementation of this Decree;

e) in 3-month time:

bring the acts into accord with this Decree;

provide offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation to compliance with this Decree;

e) provide holding other actions necessary for implementation of this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
