Some questions of simplification of conditions of conducting activities in the field of telecommunications and use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine

For the purpose of simplification of conditions of business by subjects of managing who perform or are going to perform activities in the field of telecommunications, subjects of managing which use or intend to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine for provision of telecommunication services, and also reduction of some regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation, according to Article part two 14, of Article part four 33, of part two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", Articles 18, of Article part three 44, of Article part one 45, of part four of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunication" and Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, RESHILA:

1. Approve sample of the form of the license which is applied.

2. Approve Changes in some decisions which are attached.

3. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts according to the list which is attached.

4. In the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of November 5, 2013 No. 716 "About approval of the application form about licensing for implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 2013 for No. 1994/24526 (with changes):

Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. This decision becomes effective since June 01, 2016.";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in appendix 3 to the statement for licensing for implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications of the word "and work experience" "or work experience".

5. Submit to legal support department this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. This decision becomes effective since June 1, 2016, except the subitem "g" of the subitem 3 Items 2, of the subitem 4 of Item 3 and the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Changes in some decisions approved to these decisions which become effective since November 1, 2016, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

Changes in some decisions

1. In the Licensed conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of August 19, 2005 No. 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2005 for No. 1237/11517 (with changes):

Abbreviation of NKRS to replace 1) in the text and appendices with abbreviation of NKRSI;

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the word "and work experience" "or work experience";

3) in Chapter 3:

in Item 3.1:
