1. Approve the enclosed Rules of creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources (further - Rules).

2. This resolution is applied to the relations on creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources since January 1, 2019, except for the provisions specified in Items 3 - 5, 7 and 8 these resolutions concerning which other terms of application are established.

3. To federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds till January 1, 2019:

bring the acts and other documents regulating creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources into compliance with Rules;

provide creation, change, maintaining and application of separate information resources, and also information systems with which use the specified information resources, in compliance with Rules are created or conducted.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

creation, development and functioning of the state information system "Single Information Environment in the field of Systematization and Coding of Information" (further - information system) till January 1, 2019;

approval till October 1, 2018 of regulations on the state information system "Single Information Environment in the field of Systematization and Coding of Information" (further - regulations on information system);

the beginning of forming of the register of types of data of separate information resources (further - the register) taking into account the features established by regulations on information system from the date of its entry into force;

possibility of submission to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation by the bodies specified in Items 5 and 8 of this resolution by means of information system of the data determined by the specified Items from the date of entry into force of regulations on information system.

5. To provide to federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds according to regulations on information system submission to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from the date of entry into force of regulations on information system:

information necessary for forming of the register and functioning of information system, and also for its subsequent updates;

reference and duplicative data from separate information resources and the subsequent updates of the specified data.

6. Recognize voided since January 1, 2019:
