About acceptance in average special, professional educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2016 - 2017 academic year

For the purpose of providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums, the Cabinet of Ministers decides satisfactions of demand of industries and spheres of real economy and the territories of the republic on professionally trained staff in the directions, professions and specialties of secondary vocational, professional education:

1. Take into consideration that the Ministry of Economics, by the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of national education, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, other interested ministries, departments, joint stock companies and associations offers on acceptance of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools in average special, professional educational institutions for 2016/2017 academic year by specific professions and specialties on the basis of balance sheet calculations for each area, the area and the city, taking into account the need for personnel planned for perspective within implementation of investment projects on creation new, upgrades to modernization of the operating productions are developed.

2. Approve the offers of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Labour, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent on reshaping since 2016/2017 academic years of 22 professional colleges in the republic territories prepared proceeding from the actual demand of graduates of professional colleges by specific professions, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

3. Approve parameters of acceptance of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools in average special, professional educational institutions for 2016/2017 academic year, proceeding from the real needs of industries and spheres of economy for qualified personnel according to appendices No. 2 and 2.1 - 2.14.

4. State commission on acceptance in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the careful analysis of employment of graduates of professional colleges in recent years, in two weeks to approve acceptance parameters on each professional college and the academic lyceum by areas, areas and the cities on the basis of the approved general parameters of acceptance of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools in 2016/2017 academic year in average special, professional educational institutions.

At the same time to pay special attention on:

providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums taking into account wishes of pupils and their parents on training in the elite and the specialties demanded in economy industries, availability in educational institutions of necessary material and technical resources;

scope training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums of girls graduates, meaning mastering by them demanded professions.

5. To provide to the center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the ministries and departments having average special, professional educational institutions in the maintaining unconditional accomplishment of the set general parameters of acceptance of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools in professional colleges and the academic lyceums for 2016/2017 academic year and till August 10 of the current year to provide the generalized final information on results of acceptance to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Assign to the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and Tashkent, the cities and areas, heads of the Ministry of national education, the Center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their territorial subdivisions the personal responsibility for:

providing complete scope of graduates of the 9th classes of comprehensive schools with training in professional colleges and the academic lyceums;

timely acceptance of specific measures for attachment of pupils from the date of their revenues to study in professional colleges to the organizations for the purpose of ensuring their further complete employment for the chosen specialty.

In case of acceptance in professional colleges and the academic lyceums to pay special attention on creation of conditions and guarantees of option of educational institutions for children with special educational needs and graduates of houses of Mekhribonlik.

7. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure allocation from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan of necessary funds for content of professional colleges and academic lyceums taking into account the acceptance parameters approved for 2016/2017 academic year in average special, professional educational institutions.

8. To the center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments, public authorities on places prior to the beginning of 2016/2017 academic years to take measures for the high-quality organization of teaching and educational process in the reprofiled, and also again entered branches of professional colleges, to completion by their highly qualified teaching personnel, equipment by the modern educational laboratory equipment, the computer equipment, necessary educational regulating documents, educational and methodical literature according to the directions of training.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoev.
