Signed the this Protocol:

1. Each of the parties according to the purpose of the this Protocol provides to other party the request for necessary educational books which is drawn up in shape "Orders specifications" and being basis for their financing.

In "Orders specifications" the list of names, number of copies, the holiday cost of educational books approved by the parties is specified.

2. The parties, for the purpose of practical execution of the this Protocol, grant to the subordinated divisions the rights to study of "Orders specifications" and specific conditions of mutually deliveries of educational books, notifies each other a month before replication by the publishing houses issuing them and also on the holiday cost of each name a month before establishment of new price of these products.

3. Each of the parties controls actions of the organizations for accomplishment of terms of deliveries authorized by it, financial and material, etc. conditions, contracts signed by them and takes the valid measures to elimination of delays in delivery of educational books to other Party, and also to repayment, the arising debts on results of mutually deliveries of produktion.

4. All disagreements arising in connection with accomplishment of the this Protocol by the Parties, connected with the conclusion, change, termination and execution of the this Protocol decides by negotiations between the Parties.

In all that it is not provided by the this Protocol, the Parties will be guided by the current legislation and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. The this Protocol becomes effective after its approval of the Parties by the Governments and is effective within 5 years.

Cancellation of the this Protocol does not affect implementation of the incomplete activities which are carried out according to it and remained if the Parties do not agree about other.

It is made in the city of Tashkent on May "24", 2000 in duplicate, everyone in the Kazakh, Uzbek and Russian languages, and all texts are equally authoritative. In case of disagreements in interpretation of provisions of the this Protocol, the Party will address to the text in Russian.
