Till May 1, 2017 to perform remarking of alcoholic products, except for wine material, beer and beer drink, the accounting and control brands of new sample entered since January 1, 2016 with possibility of marking till September 1, 2016 the accounting and control brands entered since May 23, 2015.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2009 No. 2041 "About some questions of marking (remarking) of alcoholic products accounting and control brands" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 57, the Art. 497);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2010 No. 1473 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2009 No. 2041" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 9, the Art. 123).

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
