To the Ministries of Health of the participating countries to develop and submit for approval to the Governments single requirements to the specifications and technical documentation on the medicinal and immunobiological medicines made in the State Parties, SAC Uzfarmprom of the Republic of Uzbekistan, vaccines, medical equipment, the products of medical appointment registered in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make offers on feasibility of licensing, collection of customs duties on the medicinal and immunobiological medicines and raw materials, the vaccines, medicines of blood and medical equipment made and realized within the this Protocol in a month.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministries of Economics, finance and health care of the Parties, SAC Uzfarmprom to develop the mechanism of protection of producers of medicines, raw materials and medical equipment in a month, having reviewed the customs duties on import of medicines and medical equipment.

5. To the Ministries of Economics, the industry and health cares, to the relevant organizations of the participating countries to handle issues on development of capacities, production of medicines of blood, dressings, surgical tools, medical bottle and the medical equipment, ensuring mutual requirements of the Parties.

6. Central and to National Banks of the Parties together with Executive Committee of Interstate Council to develop mechanisms of mutual payments for the delivered medical products within the this Protocol in a month.
