I. General provisions

1. For the purposes of this provision the following concepts are used:

the announcement on participation – information published in the Bulletin of public procurements, according to the sample provided in appendix No. 2 to this Provision, and containing the data provided in appendix No. 3 to the Law No. 131 of July 3, 2015 on public procurements;
