1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for calculation of length of service in the specialty (in industry) for increase in the tariff charges (salaries) in faces of civil personnel of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus.

The instruction about procedure for calculation of length of service in the specialty (in industry) for increase in the tariff charges (salaries) in faces of civil personnel of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus

1. This Instruction determines procedure for calculation of length of service in the specialty (in industry), including the conditions and the periods included in length of service in the specialty (in industry), for increase in the tariff charges (salaries) in faces of civil personnel (further - workers) the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus (further - the State committee of judicial examinations).

2. Action of this Instruction does not extend to government employees of the State committee of judicial examinations.

3. Length of service in the specialty for the purposes of increase in the tariff charges (salaries) is estimated to the employees of the State committee of judicial examinations holding positions according to the list according to appendix (further - the list).

To employees of the State committee of judicial examinations which positions (profession) are not provided by the list irrespective of the name of position (profession), including performing ensuring activities and maintenance of the State committee of judicial examinations, for the purposes of increase in the tariff charges (salaries) length of service in industry is estimated.

4. Increase in the tariff charges (salaries) to the workers specified in Item 3 of this Instruction for length of service in the specialty (in industry) is made in the sizes established by the legislation.

5. In the specialty to the employees of the State committee of judicial examinations holding the positions provided by the list join in length of service:

5.1. the work periods on the positions specified in the list;

5.2. the work periods (services, military service) on positions of health and pharmaceutical workers in the organizations of any forms of business, including on positions of heads (their deputies), in the presence of the higher or secondary vocational medical or pharmaceutical education;

5.3. the work periods in the state organizations on the positions which are not specified in subitem 5.2 of this Item including on positions of heads (their deputies) of the state organizations and structural divisions which occupation requires education on profiles and the directions of education, groups of specialties, specialties, the directions of specialties, specializations on the basis of which retraining of leading employees and specialists according to the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2014 No. 140a "About approval of educational standards of retraining of leading employees and specialists" is performed;

5.4. the work periods on positions of government employees in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, governing bodies of health care of other republican state bodies, governing bodies of health care of the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, head departments, managements (departments) of health care of the regional executive committees and Healthcare Committee of the Minsk city executive committee, bodies exercising the state sanitary inspection, the state bodies performing medical activities according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in which on positions of management personnel medical or pharmaceutical education is required;

5.5. the periods of scientific, pedagogical, methodical, educational and methodical and organizational and methodical work in the organizations of education, the research organizations, the organizations performing methodical activities, the scientific and practical centers and also the work periods on positions of heads (their deputies), trainees-researchers, the senior laboratory assistants, laboratory assistants in the specified organizations (structural divisions);

5.6. time of passing of internship (training).
