1. Approve Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities, according to appendix.

2. Recognize invalid:

- The resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 18/10 of 14.05.2010 "About approval of the Instruction about structure, procedure for filling, representation and publication of annual accounts on securities of joint-stock company" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 150-152, the Art. 539), with subsequent changes and amendments;

- appendix No. 2 "Regulations on procedure for disclosure of information on the events influencing financial and economic activities of public joint stock companies" to the Resolution of the National commission on securities No. 17/6 of 28.06.2001 "About approval of the regulations relating to submission of the specialized reporting of public joint stock companies" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 4, the Art. 8), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. To issuers whose securities are traded out of the controlled market and/or out of multilateral trade system to submit the National commission on the financial market the annual statement (the form No. 10) for 2015 till 1.06.2016.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
